Initial Developmental Evaluation

Service Description

This service is intended for families who have a developmental or physical concern regarding their infant whether that is general milestone concern or muscle/fascial tightness that is impacting play or feeding. This will consist of gathering a comprehensive medical/birth history, hands on assessment of developmental skills and physical components and providing recommendations for home exercises or follow up services.
